By capturing multispectral images periodically from drones and satellites, early warnings and timely detection of pests and diseases are achieved. The sooner the problem is detected, the fewer resources will have to be invested in its containment, and the lower the impact on production in the affected area.
We use thermal cameras and the SEBAL "Energy Balance" algorithm developed by Wageningen University in the Netherlands that obtains more accurate and realistic results than current NVDI-based Satellite/Drone systems with cameras limited to 2 color bands.
